We stand behind every pair we sell. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at INEED SNKRS — no surprises.

Refunds & exchanges

What qualifies.

We assess every return request individually. Here's what does — and doesn't — qualify for a refund or exchange.

⚠️ Wrong size? If you ordered the wrong size, this qualifies for an exchange only — not a refund. All return or exchange requests must be approved by our team before any item is sent back.

CPA cooling-off period

7-day return window.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order — provided the following conditions are met:

Unworn & unused

The item must not have been worn or used in any way.

Original tags

All original tags must still be attached to the item.

Original packaging

Must be returned in the original INEED SNKRS packaging.

Inspection required

All returned items are inspected by our team before approval.

⚠️ If the original packaging is damaged or not used for the return, a handling fee may apply.

Sale & promotional items

Final sale rules.

All items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are considered final sale. These items will only qualify for return if:

The incorrect item was supplied by us

Shipping costs

Who pays for what.

Customer error

You cover shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on the customer's side (e.g. wrong size selected), the customer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

Our error

We cover everything

If the return is due to an error on our side — wrong item or defect — we cover all shipping costs in full.

⚠️ Approved refunds may have the original shipping cost deducted, unless the error was on our side.

Non-returnable items

We can't accept these.

Returns will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

Item has been worn or used

Any sign of wear disqualifies the item from return eligibility.

Damage from misuse or negligence

Items showing damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

Normal wear and tear

General use deterioration is not covered under our return policy.

Intentional damage

Items that appear to have been deliberately damaged will be refused.

Not purchased from INEED SNKRS

We can only process returns for items bought directly through our store.


Refund processing

Once approved.

Inspection first

Refunds are only approved after the returned item is confirmed to meet all conditions.

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used at checkout.

Processing can take up to 7 working days after the refund has been approved.
