!Need SNKRS – Return & Exchange Policy
At !Need SNKRS, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and alignment with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
1. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:

The item is materially defective due to a manufacturing fault

The incorrect size or product was supplied by !Need SNKRS

The item was damaged prior to delivery
⚠️ Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind

Personal or financial reasons

Incorrect selections made by the customer
👉 If the customer ordered the wrong size, this will qualify for an exchange only, not a refund.
All return or exchange requests must be approved by our team before any item is sent back.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
In accordance with the CPA, customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in original condition
-
Include all original tags
-
Be returned in the original !Need SNKRS packaging
⚠️ If the original packaging is damaged or not used, a handling fee may apply.
All returned items will be inspected before approval.
3. Sale & Promotional Items
All items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are considered final sale.
These items will only qualify for return if:

The product is materially defective, or
-
The incorrect item was supplied
4. Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to customer error (e.g. wrong size selected):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

The customer covers the cost of reshipping the exchanged item
If the return is due to a !Need SNKRS error:

We will cover all shipping costs involved
👉 Approved refunds may have original shipping costs deducted, unless the error was on our side.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The item has been worn or used

The item shows damage due to misuse or negligence

The item has normal wear and tear

The item was intentionally damaged

The item was not purchased directly from !Need SNKRS
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will only be approved once the item is confirmed to meet return conditions.
Once approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time: up to 7 working days
