The Courier Guy (effective 1 October 2025, excl. VAT):

• Full national rate table — Overnight (OVN) from R130 for 2kg, Economy Road (ECO 1–5) from R91.30 up to 20kg with per-kg rates
• Local rates table — Same Day Flyer (LSF), Overnight Flyer (LOF), and Overnight Parcel (LOX) with exact cut-off times (10:00 same-day / 14:00 overnight)
• Insurance: R1,000 auto-cover included; additional cover at 2% of declared value above R1,000
• Special surcharge notice for remote areas (farms, mines, game lodges, etc.)

Pep Paxi:

• Bag size and pricing table — Standard (450×370mm, 5kg max): R59.95 for 7–9 days / R109.95 for 3–5 days; Large (640×510mm, 10kg max): R109.95 for 7–9 days / R139.95 for 3–5 days
• Step-by-step collection process including the PIN system
• Insurance table — Basic (R500 free), Enhanced (R10 voucher / R2,500 cover), Premium (R20 voucher / R5,000 cover)
